Scope

To automatically provide human-centric services, it is desired to build smart environments for such a purpose. The background system needs to first detect and collect needed information in the environment via various sensors like video cameras, RFIDs, infrared sensors, motion sensors, pressure sensors, and ... etc. The information is then processed for understanding the context and intention of the people in the environment. Finally services are provided in a timely manner. Sensing technology, embedded systems, wireless communications, computer vision and intelligent methods are the core to build integrated smart environments.

Submission Guidelines

Authors should submit a paper maximum 10 pages long. However, authors can add up to 2 extra pages with the appropriate fee payment. Papers must be prepared using the Lecture Notes Style of Springer Proceedings.

Conference Proceedings

All accepted papers of the conference and of workshops will be included in the conference proceedings of Lecture Notes in Data Engineering and Communication Technologies Series published by Springer. Proceedings will be sent by Springer for indexing in EI and SCOPUS, ISI Proceedings, MetaPress, Springerlink.

Prepare your paper in PDF file and submit it or e-mail to the workshop Chair
