Registration
Thank you very much for registering to participate in the NBiS-2015 Conference. Please confirm all the articles prior to your registration, then start the Registration at EDAS system following the link located at the bottom of this page. A confirmation e-mail with your registration number will be sent to you after you successfully complete the registration process. Please keep the registration number until the conference and refer to it when you make inquiries to the NBiS-2015 Conference Organizers.

[Presenters]
Obligatory registration deadline for presenters: 26-June-2015.
Please note that papers will not be included in the program, the proceedings and digital library, unless one author of the paper does not pay the registration fee by the deadline above.
- Presenters will be able to register one paper at one time.
- The number of pages is limited to 8 for one paper at NBiS-2015 conference and up to 6 pages for workshop papers.
- Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper, and will be charged 100 EURO per page.
- It is obligatory for at least one author to register, attend the conference/workshops, and present each paper.
[Participants (Non-presenters)]
Early registration deadline for participants: 5-June-2015.
If you are a student, please make sure to send a copy of your student identification to the Conference Organizers by e-mail at nbis-2015-chairs@edas.info.
Please be reminded that the fee for students does not include a banquet ticket and a copy of the proceedings.

Regular registration fee includes:- Participation in all conference sessions and workshops
- Participation in the welcome reception on 2-Sept-2015

- Lunches served at the conference venue
- One copy of the conference proceedings

The proceedings will be provided only to conference participants.
We will not send the proceedings by post after the conference.

Payment
Payment must be made (in EURO) by credit card through the EDAS registration system. Please note that your invoice will be issued in USD (US Dollars) because EDAS system operates in USA. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after a successful registration. If you encounter any troubles, please contact Conference Organizers at nbis-2015-chairs@edas.info.Issuance of Receipts

No requests for a refund will be accepted (the same applies if you are unable to participate due to visa problems). However, a cancellation made by a presenter will be accepted with a written document sent to contact Conference Organizers at nbis-2015-chairs@edas.info by May 25th, 2015 at the latest.Invitation Letter for Visa Application
The committee will prepare visa supporting documents only to paper presenters who register and complete the payment transactions. Please be advised that the committee will neither act as a guarantor nor issue any documents to guarantee your identity. Please contact the embassy of your country by yourself to confirm how long it will take to acquire your visa, and apply for your visa well in advance. For inquiries and requests regarding visa please contact Conference Organizers at barolli@fit.ac.jp
