Final Camera Ready Paper Submission

To all authors of accepted papers, please adhere to the following instructions to register for the conference and workshops, and to prepare and submit your final manuscripts. Authors need to register their papers by February 16, 2018. Authors who have not registered by this deadline will not have their papers published in the conference or workshop proceedings.

Manuscript Preparation and Submission Instructions

Please prepare the camera-ready version of the paper and complete the copyright form using IEEE format and submit them to IEEE Computer Society according to the author kit before the deadline February 16, 2018. (IMPORTANT!!!: DO NO SUBMIT FINAL PAPERS AND COPYRIGHTS TO EDAS!):

  • The number of pages is limited to 8 for one paper at AINA-2018 conference and up to 6 pages at other workshops.
  • Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper, and will be charged EUR100 per page.
  • It is obligatory for at least one author to register, attend the conferences/workshops, and present each paper.

Authors should use the following URL link to:

  1. Verify/convert their paper using PDF eXpress
  2. Submit their paper's copyright
  3. Submit their final paper

This is a new production system, so the link is different from previous years. Authors will need to create an account before they can access the author kit. If authors will not submit their paper and copyright form to IEEE Computer Society by the deadline (February 16, 2018), the paper will be automatically removed from conference proceedings.


Paper Submission for Review

Submit a full paper of at most 8 pages Conference Publishing Services (CPS) Proceedings Manuscripts style: two columns, single-spaced), including figures and references, using 10 fonts. Manuscripts should not contain page numbers, headers or footers. You can confirm the CPS Proceedings Author Guidelines at the following web page:

Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing and submitting the final manuscript(s) together with the notification of acceptance. Authors of accepted papers, or at least one of them, are  requested to register and present their work at the conference, otherwise their papers will be removed from the digital library after the conference.

Distinguished papers accepted and presented at the conference and also the workshops of AINA-2018, after further revisions, will be submitted for publication in special issues of prestigious international journals.
