The registration policy of TwCSec 2019 is the same as that of NBiS 2019.

Authors MUST complete registration by June 25, 2019. Without receiving your registration, your paper will be automatically withdrawn from the proceedings as well as from the final program. NOTE that, if you are unable to present your paper, please inform the conference chairs before the registration deadline. In such case, your paper will be excluded from the proceedings.
