AINA-2022 Registration

Thank you very much for registering to participate in the AINA-2022 Conference.

Please confirm all the articles prior to your registration, then start the Registration at EDAS system following the link located at the bottom of this page.

A confirmation e-mail with your registration number will be sent to you after you successfully complete the registration process. Please keep the registration number until the conference and refer to it when you make inquiries to the AINA-2022 Conference Organizers.

Paper Authors

Obligatory registration deadline for presenters: February 5, 2022.

Please note that papers will not be included in the programs, the proceedings and Conference Publishing Services, unless one author of the paper pays the registration fee by the deadline above.

• The number of pages is limited to 12 for one paper at AINA-2022 conference and up to 10 pages at other workshops.
• Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper, and will be charged EUR100 per page.
• It is obligatory for at least one author to register, attend the conferences/workshops, and present each paper.

We require that at least one author of an accepted paper to register the paper by March 12, 2022 to join AINA-2022 and to present the paper. This registration deadline is strictly required to all authors of accepted papers. You can check the registration rules at AINA-2022 web page:

IMPORTANT!!!:
Each paper should have a FULL REGISTRATION (400 Euro) in order to be published in AINA-2022 and WAINA-2022 Springer Proceedings. For the authors with multiple papers, they should made FULL REGISTRATION for each paper. There is not any difference if the first author of the paper is Student or Professor, each author should made a FULL REGISTRATION.

Participants (Non-presenters)

Early registration deadline for participants: March 10, 2022. If you are a student, please make sure to send a copy of your student identification to the Conference Organizers by e-mail at barolli@fit.ac.jp and m-ikeda@fit.ac.jp.

Please be reminded that the fee for students as participants does not include a banquet ticket and a copy of the proceedings.

Registration Fees

Registration fees for both authors and participants are listed below.

Regular registration fee includes:

• Participation in all conference sessions and workshops
• Participation in the reception on April 13th, 2022
• Participation in the banquet on April 14th, 2022
• Lunches and coffee breaks served at the conference venue
• One copy of the conference proceedings and conference materials

Student registration fee includes:

• Participation in the conference essions and workshops
• Participation in the reception on April 13th, 2022
• Lunches and coffee breaks served at the conference venue

Note:
The proceedings will be provided only to conference participants. We will not send the proceedings by post after the conference.

Additional Fee

Payment

Payment must be made in Euro by credit card or wire transfer through the EDAS registration system. Please note that your invoice will be issued in USD (US Dollars) because EDAS system operates in USA. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after a successful registration. Issuance of Receipts

A receipt of your payment can be found in EDAS system. If you have any troubles, please contact Conference Organizers at barolli@fit.ac.jp and m-ikeda@fit.ac.jp.

Cancellation Policy

No requests for a refund will be accepted (the same applies if you are unable to participate due to visa problems). However, a cancellation made by a presenter will be accepted with a written document sent to contact Conference Organizers at barolli@fit.ac.jp and m-ikeda@fit.ac.jp by January 25, 2022, at the latest.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

The committee will prepare visa supporting documents only to paper presenters who register and complete the payment transactions. Please be advised that the committee will neither act as a guarantor nor issue any documents to guarantee your identity. Please contact the embassy of your country by yourself to confirm how long it will take to acquire your visa, and apply for your visa well in advance.
