REGISTRATION

Thank you very much for registering to participate in the INCOS-2012 Conference.

Please confirm all the articles prior to your registration, then start the Registration at EDAS system following the link located at the bottom of this page.

A confirmation e-mail with your registration number will be sent to you after you successfully complete the registration process. Please keep the registration number until the conference and refer to it when you make inquiries to the INCOS-2012 Conference Organizers.

Paper Authors

Obligatory registration deadline for presenters: July 6th, 2012 (24:00, CET).

Please note that papers will not be included in the programs, the proceedings and IEEE digital library, unless one author of the paper does not pay the registration fee by the deadline above.

• Presenters making more than one paper presentation are requested to pay a registration fee shown below.
• All papers should be registered with the same fee independently if the autor who registers the paper is a student or not.
• Presenters will be able to register up to 4 papers at one time.
• The number of pages is limited to 8 for one paper at INCOS-2012 conference and up to 6 pages at other workshops.
• Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper, and will be charged EUR100 per page.
• It is obligatory for at least one author to register, attend the conferences/workshops, and present each paper.

Participants (Non-presenters)

Early registration deadline for participants: July 6th, 2012 (24:00 ECT). If you are a student, please make sure to send a copy of your student identification to the Conference Organizers by e-mail at incos-2012-chairs@edas.info.

Please be reminded that the fee for students as participants does not include a banquet ticket and a copy of the proceedings.

Registration Fees

Regular registration fee includes:

• Participation in all conference sessions and workshops
• Participation in the reception on September 19th, 2012
• Participation in the banquet on September 20th, 2012
• Lunches and coffee breaks served at the conference venue
• One copy of the conference proceedings and conference materials

Student registration fee includes:

• Participation in the conference essions and workshops
• Participation in the reception on September 19th, 2012
• Lunches and coffee breaks served at the conference venue

Note:
The proceedings will be provided only to conference participants. We will not send the proceedings by post after the conference.

Additional Fee

Payment

Payment must be made in Euro by credit card or wire transfer through the EDAS registration system. Please note that your invoice will be issued in USD (US Dollars) because EDAS system operates in USA. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after a successful registration. If you encounter any troubles, please contact Conference Organizers at incos-2012-chairs@edas.info.

Issuance of Receipts

A receipt of your payment can be found in EDAS system. If you have any troubles, please contact Conference Organizers at incos-2012-chairs@edas.info.

Cancellation Policy

No requests for a refund will be accepted (the same applies if you are unable to participate due to visa problems). However, a cancellation made by a presenter will be accepted with a written document sent to contact Conference Organizers at incos-2012-chairs@edas.info by July 1st at the latest.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

The committee will prepare visa supporting documents only to paper presenters who register and complete the payment transactions. Please be advised that the committee will neither act as a guarantor nor issue any documents to guarantee your identity. Please contact the embassy of your country by yourself to confirm how long it will take to acquire your visa, and apply for your visa well in advance. For inquiries and requests regarding visa please contact Conference Organizers at incos-2012-chairs@edas.info.

• Pay by Wire Transfer In this case, please keep in mind the following important notes:

• BANK ACCOUNT WILL BE DISPLAYED TO YOU AFTER YOU START THE REGISTRATION AT EDAS (EDAS BANK ACCOUNT IS NOT SHOWN AT THE WEB BUT ONLY AFTER YOU COMPLETE THE WIRE TRANSFER REGISTRATION INFORMATION).
• FOR TRANSFERS FROM EUROPE: Transfers from Europe may use the German EDAS account at VR-Bank Rhein-Erft (BIC/SWIFT GENODED1BRH) in Steinweg 29, 50321 Brühl, Germany, with IBAN DE 44 3716 1289 0014 6820 15. Account holder is Henning Schulzrinne.
• INDICATE VERY CLEARLY THE CONFERENCE NAME, AUTHOR NAME REGISTERING THE PAPER, EDAS # OF THE PAPER.
