Please confirm all the articles prior to your registration, then start the Registration at EDAS system following the link located at the bottom of this page.

A confirmation e-mail with your registration number will be sent to you after you successfully complete the registration process. Please keep the registration number until the conference and refer to it when you make inquiries to the INCoS-2019 Conferences Organizers.

Paper Authors

Obligatory registration deadline for presenters: June 25, 2019 (00:00:00 EDT) .
Please note that papers will not be included in the programs, the proceedings and Springer digital library, unless one author of the paper does not pay the registration fee by the deadline above.

• There is only one paper registration (no nultiple paper registration).
• The number of pages is limited to 12 for one paper at INCoS 2019 conference and up to 10 pages at other workshops.
• Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper, and will be charged EUR100 per page.
• It is obligatory for at least one author to register, attend the conferences/workshops, and present each paper.

There is not any difference for Students and Professors. Each author should pay the full registration fee in order that the paper be published in Conference Proceedings and participate in all events.

Participants (Non-presenters)

Early registration deadline for participants: June 25, 2019 (00:00:00 EDT). If you are a student, please make sure to send a copy of your student identification to the Conference Organizers by e-mail at incos-2019-chairs@edas.info
Please be reminded that the fee for students does not include a banquet ticket OR a copy of the proceedings.

Regular registration fee includes:

• Participation in all sessions and workshops
• Participation in the reception on September 5-th, 2019
• Participation in the banquet on September 6-th, 2019
• Lunches served at the conference venue

Student registration fee includes:

• Participation in the conference
• Participation in the reception on September 5-th, 2019
• Lunches served at the conference venue

This registration is only for the students who are not authors but want to participate in the conference. The students who are authors should pay the full registration fee.

Note:
The proceedings will be provided only to conference participants. We will not send the proceedings by post after the conference.

Payment

Payment must be made in Euro by credit card or wire transfer through the EDAS registration system. Please note that your invoice will be issued in USD (US Dollars) because EDAS system operates in USA. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after a successful registration. Issuance of Receipts

A receipt of your payment can be found in EDAS system. If you have any troubles, please contact Conference Organizers at INCoS-2019-chairs@edas.info 

Cancellation Policy

No requests for a refund will be accepted (the same applies if you are unable to participate due to visa problems). However, a cancellation made by a presenter will be accepted with a written document sent to contact Conference Organizers at INCoS-2019-chairs@edas.info by July 10th at the latest. 

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

The committee will prepare visa supporting documents only to paper presenters who register and complete the payment transactions. Please be advised that the committee will neither act as a guarantor nor issue any documents to guarantee your identity. Please contact the embassy of your country by yourself to confirm how long it will take to acquire your visa, and apply for your visa well in advance.
