Paper Submission Guidelines


All submissions should be prepared according to Conference Proceedings Manuscript guidelines. Submission can be in one of the categories: Regular paper (8 pages), Workshop paper (6 pages).

All papers (including short and poster papers) will be published in the CPS Conference proceedings. You can find instructions to format the Proceedings Manuscript, at the following web page:

The following templates below, are general templates designed for conferences using an US Letter (8.5" x 11") trim size.

Prepare your paper in PDF file (Adobe format), and submit it electronically to the EDAS online submission system.

Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing and submitting the final manuscript(s) together with the notification of acceptance. Presented papers at EIDWT-2013 will be considered for publication in several Special Issues in refereed International Journals. Papers submitted to special issues must be updated/expanded prior to submission elsewhere.

Indexing

Conference publications published by the Computer Society’s Conference Publishing Services (CPS) are submitted for indexing through INSPEC®. Produced by the IET1, INSPEC is the leading English-language bibliographic information service providing access to the world`s scientific and technical literature in physics, electrical engineering, electronics, communications, control engineering, computers and computing, and information technology. All CPS conference publications are also submitted for indexing to EI’s Engineering Information Index, Compendex®, (Elsevier), and ISI Thomson’s Scientific and Technical Proceedings®, ISTP®/ISI Proceedings, and Current Contents on Diskette® (ISI Thomson).
