AINA-2016 Registration

Thank you very much for registering to participate in the AINA-2016 Conference.

Please confirm all the articles prior to your registration, then start the Registration at EDAS system following the link located at the bottom of this page.

A confirmation e-mail with your registration number will be sent to you after you successfully complete the registration process. Please keep the registration number until the conference and refer to it when you make inquiries to the AINA-2016 Conference Organizers.

Paper Authors

Obligatory registration deadline for presenters: January 15, 2016.

Please note that papers will not be included in the programs, the proceedings and Conference Publishing Services, unless one author of the paper does not pay the registration fee by the deadline above.

The number of pages is limited to 8 for one paper at AINA-2016 conference and up to 6 pages at other workshops.
Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper, and will be charged EUR100 per page.
It is obligatory for at least one author to register, attend the conferences/workshops, and present each paper.

We require that at least one author of an accepted paper to register the paper by January 15, 2016 to join AINA-2016 and to present the paper. This registration deadline is strictly required to all authors of accepted papers. You can check the registration rules at AINA-2016 web page:

If the author will not make the conference registration by January 15, 2016 the paper will be automatically removed from the AINA-2016 conference proceedings and technical program.

Participants (Non-presenters)

Early registration deadline for participants: January 10, 2016. If you are a student, please make sure to send a copy of your student identification to the Conference Organizers by e-mail at barolli@fit.ac.jp and m-ikeda@fit.ac.jp .

Please be reminded that the fee for students as participants does not include a banquet ticket and a copy of the proceedings.

The proceedings will be provided only to conference participants. We will not send the proceedings by post after the conference.

Payment

Payment must be made in Euro by credit card or wire transfer through the EDAS registration system. Please note that your invoice will be issued in USD (US Dollars) because EDAS system operates in USA. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after a successful registration. Issuance of Receipts

A receipt of your payment can be found in EDAS system. If you have any troubles, please contact Conference Organizers at barolli@fit.ac.jp and m-ikeda@fit.ac.jp .

Cancellation Policy

No requests for a refund will be accepted (the same applies if you are unable to participate due to visa problems). However, a cancellation made by a presenter will be accepted with a written document sent to contact Conference Organizers at barolli@fit.ac.jp and m-ikeda@fit.ac.jp by February 16, 2016, at the latest.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

The committee will prepare visa supporting documents only to paper presenters who register and complete the payment transactions. Please be advised that the committee will neither act as a guarantor nor issue any documents to guarantee your identity. Please contact the embassy of your country by yourself to confirm how long it will take to acquire your visa, and apply for your visa well in advance.
