Crans-Montana is the panoramic vantage point of the Alps, with views stretching from the Simplon Pass to Mont Blanc. Perched on a plateau at the heart of the Alps, at an elevation of 1,500 metres above sea level, the resort rises to its highest point among the eternal snow at the foot of the Plaine Morte glacier at 3,000 metres. A small mountain village set on a plateau studded with small lakes at the foot of a ski area boasting 140km of slopes, Crans-Montana – with its Mediterranean character – lies on the sunniest side of the valley, near the source of the river Rhone. You will visit in Crans-Montana during the winter season (December to April). We recommend you to bring warm clothes (cap, coat, gloves, etc.) and shoes. So, you will enjoy our magical environment!
